School Exhibitions

These prove to be the most effective way of non comparative evaluation process in our education motivating children to aim for excellence in a sportsperson like competitive manner. After Every 2 Assignments there is a session of, analyze where children reflect upon the Evaluation of the past two assignments and consolidation of learning happens through two ways Question – Answers.

There is an exhibition at the end of the curriculum as well, it comprises of making of installation, its creation of back drop where in front of it is the story book or children’s’ tangible products are kept, in order to create a visual interest children do installation at the center. They learn about presentation & exhibition. Children make art installations. Craftsmen are brought in. Also children learn how to work with craftsmen. If children talk of food, they have to make installation of food behind the assignment, children may have made a story or a poster, they can make installation where bamboo or paper structure can be made.

They think of structures, hanging items, drawings, and visuals. It’s more of part of exhibition and display. Children groups can work on documentaries as well; either they make a drama or a documentary, this can run along with the installation. Children can shoot film clips, with help of experts. So at the end exhibition is very important as these things in isolation do not appear so great, but finally people get the feel of how it is been done, so the first impression is very nice.
